Admissions Overview

Pan-Asia International School (PAIS) was founded on 2004, it is licensed by Thai Ministry of Education, fully accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC), Office for National Education Standards and Quality Assessment – Thailand (ONESQA) and is a member of the International Schools Association of Thailand (ISAT).

PAIS is experienced at creating excellence in the life of the whole child by providing a rigorous western curriculum in a multi faith multi culture environment with students from more than 21 nationalities.

PAIS adopts a philosophical approach towards managing the learning process by empowering students, and involving teachers and parents in a way to produce independent learners, thinkers, inquirers, open-minded, self-esteemed, and global citizens who respect all cultures, faiths, and ethnicities.

At the Early Childhood level (Pre-School to Kindergarten) children are screened to determine developmental stages in respect to overall knowledge, language development, motor skills, and social and emotional development. A child’s performance in these areas should be those expected for the age of the child. Special emphasis is placed on language development.

At the Pre-School and Kindergarten level, pre-academic concepts and skills in the areas of reading and mathematics are screened as well.

At the Primary, Middle, and High school levels (Grades 1-10) students are assessed in the following areas and are expected to meet the norm in line with the child’s age and grade level:

STEP 1:Apply to Join PAIS

Submit a completed Student Application Form on campus or online.

STEP 2: Assessment & Interview

As part of the admission process, your child will be scheduled for an interview with the Section Coordinator and the Student Development Center. This helps us assess their English proficiency and get to know them better

In some cases, students may also be asked to

Attend a 3-day trial class for observation by the coordinator.
Complete a MAP Test if requested by the coordinator.

STEP 3: Submit Documents

The following documents must be prepared and submitted to the school.

Student Documents:

Previous Report Card or Transcript
Good Moral Certificate or Behavior Report
Medical Certificate
1 Passport ID Photo of Student
1 Passport ID Photo of Parents

For Thai Nationals:

Copy of Student’s Birth Certificate
Copy of Student’s House Registration
Copy of Parent’s ID Card
Copy of Parent’s House Registration

For Foreign Nationals:

Copy of Student’s Passport & Visa
Copy of Parent’s Passport & Visa

STEP 4: Visa Assistance (if needed)

Meet with the Visa Officer if you require help with visa processing.

STEP 5: Health Check (if needed)

Meet with the School Nurse if your child has special medical needs.

STEP 6: Request School Transportation (if needed)

Submit a transportation form. If a route is available, fees are added to the semester, and bus details are confirmed with parents.

STEP 7: Pay the School Fees

Complete payment of all required fees at the Finance Office to register your child

STEP 8: Purchase School Uniform

Buy the official school uniform and sports jersey with guidance from the Admissions Officer.
