PAIS Thai Department organized the Loy Krathong activity on 30 October to 3 November 2017 during Thai class. The aim of this activity is for students to preserve Thai culture and traditions, including acknowledging the value of Loy Krathong festival.
This activity consists of students from Kindergarten who the did coloring, Grade 4 to Grade 5 made Krathong, Grade 6 to Grade 8 made posters with the theme “Save the Earth,” and Grade 9 to Grade 12 made posters about Water Conservation.
In an interview with two students in primary, one told that she likes to color Loy Krathong picture because it made her be happy, while the other one explained that she gained knowledge how to make the krathong.
